You Are Not Ordinary
● The story of Jesus and that of Gideon brought a declaration from the Lord that none of His people are ordinary: the married, the engaged, widows, ministers, the barren, field worker, shepherds, wise men... you
● God decides to visit ordinary people, like you and me, in their everyday lives with extraordinary good tidings to do them good, to lift them up from obscurity and from all kinds of oppression to significance- to a higher state and purpose in life
Good News Is Ordained For You
● God’s prophetic word announced to you signals a new season of good things has come - God’s agenda for good towards you. Change is coming - a lifting up, transformation!
God is on mission to do you good. That’s why the devil has already lost.
● Good news from God is personal to you. God’s word, the coming of Jesus is about you: “I know the plans that I have for you...” God sends messenger angels and his weapons to tend to you - amazing things for you
● Whoever, whatever and wherever you are, God knows you. He sees and hears you; He has an interest in you and, in 2010, wants to grab your life for higher things.
Believe The Good News Ordained In Heaven For You
● When God announces a new season, He brings it to pass - better believe it - believe Him, His announcement, His plans for you, His messenger angels – the good news
● Mary is required to believe a virgin can conceive and bear a child, Zachariah must believe a barren old couple can bear a child. When he doubts, he is struck dumb until God brings His good news to pass.
Prayer:
Take a position, an understanding that says good things are ordained for you. Go on a journey of discovery of the things ordained for you. Cry to God for the good things that are missing in your life
